    NUE Series: Race Choices

So, after a couple of XC Cat 1 championships, this will be my first year doing 100 milers. I've decided to dedicate next year to doing the NUE series. I live in the South and so I'm already signed up for Cohutta, Fool's Gold, and Shenandoah. What should be my 4th, and possibly 5th NUE race in 2014?

    My remaining choices:

    True Grit Epic

    Tatanka 100
    High Cascades 100
    Wilderness 101
    Big Bear Grizzly 100
    Pierre’s Hole 100
    Hampshire 100

I really want to do the PH100. But its a 21 hour drive from Michigan so I'm trying to get a teammate to share the driving duties.

    I'm in for

    Cohutta
    Mohican
    Lumberjack
    Wilderness
Either the Shenandoah or the Pisgah Stage race.

If you decide to stay in the east, Mohican 100 for sure - so much fun.

Definitely the 101. Second choice would be Lumberjack, then Mohican. I do hear that the Bailey Hundo is a good race as well.

    Got registered for 4!

    Cohutta 100
    Wildnerness 101
    Shenandoah 100
    Fool's Gold 100

Now the question is whether I should look at a fifth in case of mishap.

If you can travel west, you will not be disappointed with the HC100. excellent locale, course. Mike Ripley and crew do an amazing job with it. Not to mention the # of breweries per capita in Bend...
