    pain is temporary is pretty much my motto. Also I just yell as loud as I can when racing and it seems to summon any energy I have left (kinda weird but it works).

    Pain is temporary, glory is for............a week or so!


    This got me through my last 4hr race when I was hurting so bad. Made me smile and reminded me that when I stopped all the pain would go away in a few seconds.
