Has anyone used Cyclo-Core H.I.T. training?

Just came across some Cyclo-Core info & training videos on YouTube. Graeme Street's infomercial kinda reminds me of the late, great Oxi Clean guy (billy mays) after awhile, but would be interested in hearing about results for those who have tried it as a training program. I'm guessing the focus is high intensity intervals.

Graeme is very passionate and a great salesman. I have never tried his techniques but I bet they are not revolutionary. If you believe them and do them I bet they work. I believe in HIIT. It is just hard and should only be done 2x a week to allow recovery. The endurance athlete also needs long rides to build base. In my opinion!
