Is the plan to do the same course as last year, or to do what was actually on the elevation provile map on the website? Either way I'm in. Just curious.

I'm pretty sure Todd is running the same course as last year which is the elevation profile from the website. It makes it a better course then previous years in my opinion.

so what you're saying is he'll actually have last year's route planned in then 5 minutes before the start tack on another 9 or 10 miles of riding?

Thats it ! He has always talked of having a 100 miler and the 65 miler in one event. In my humble opinion it would be the hardest 100 miler in the east. I think I would stay with the 65 even though I have my sights set on completing the Cohutta 100 and Shenandoah 100 this year.

why not do an informal race like Mike C. sets up for the KTR? Just show up and ride it? I know I'd be game for that...
