Setting up the shock of a 01 Truth

I know this must sound utterly stupid, but I'm wondering if some could give me some advice on how to set up the rear suspension for a 2001 Truth.

I've not been riding for many years, and forgot a lot about the technical details ...
I remember the air pressure is related to the rider's weight, but that's about it .

The shock is a Fox Float R .

20% sag is the general recommendation. In case that's meaningless to you on its own, you want the shock to be compressed to 20% of its total travel when sitting on the bike in a riding position. With this method you don't need to worry about your weight or how much pressure - just get the right amount of air in the shock to give you 20% sag when loaded with your static body weight.

I can barely get my mouth around it.
