    price suggestions

i'm considering selling my 2001 Truth to fund a move to 29. it has been ridden a ton, but maintained well. Ells replaced the rear with a newer version after a crack was found. i've been the only owner. what price will realistically move this size L frame, rear shock, king headset?

I sold an '01 Truth about five years ago for around $700. With the age and all the changes that have happened to the frame I don't think you'll have much luck selling it online.
I think a potential buyer is going to want to give it a close first handed inspection. A test ride would be even better.

In my neck of the woods, used frames aren't bring much action regardless of price. I think you'd be lucky to get $250 give or take. I think it will have to be a good enough deal that a buyer will be in a "what the hell it is a bargain and I'm getting a King headset to boot" mindset.

May not be a great answer but maybe it will get you some more responses.
