Need Help with Truth spindle size

I just bought my son a used Ellsworth Truth. Took it to the shop for assembly and was told that there was chain drop and they couldn't get it right.

Said the spindle might be too long.

Contacted the previous owner and he said the spindle is new and as he was advised to install - 113 mm.

Can anyone confirm the spindle size needed?

It has a Race Face XC crank, and an isis bb

    Thanks in advance.

yep, 113 mm is the normal length with a 73 mm shell.

What spindle size did the shop say was on it? Did they accidentally put the spacer in on the drive side cup?

Thanks for this reply. I called the shop. Apparently they had found the extra spacers and fixed it.

And the spindle on it was 116. So I have asked them to swap it out and I hope we should be in a good place.

    Thanks for your help.
