    Resize your image to an appropriate size (up to 800 pixels wide is safe);

    Make sure they're under 195k;

    Use the 'upload photos' link at the top of the page;

    Copy the image address that pops up on your screen;

    Insert it by typing <img src="image address"> in your post

    (ie. <img src="http://gallery.consumerreview.com/webcrossing/images/ellsworth.jpg"&gt

    Don't forget the "quotes" around the image address or the <i>http://</i> at the beginning.

    Have done all the above, and still no go. Feel like a total dick. Pictures are 600 pixels wide, small than 200Kb, files uploaded with ease, added in the bits you mentioned etc etc.

    Any other thoughts???

    Cheers

    Two things.

    You used <i><b>img <u>SCR</u></b></i>. It should be "<b>SRC</b>" (as in source).

    Second, I'd get rid of the '#' sign in the picture name. I've had trouble with special characters, and you won't get an upload error.

    After uploading the picture to mtbr, if the upload page doesn't display the actual picture (instead showing "IMG" or a red 'X'), the image isn't there. It's as easy as cutting and pasting the link to a blank browser window and checking to see if the pic is there.
