    Good experience

    I just wanted to post up a good Ellsworth customer service experience. There's always a lot of bashing on the CS dept. I am the original owner of a 2003 ID. I just can't seem to part with it! The chain stay finally cracked where everyone else's did. I called Ells and they gave me an RA#. 2 weeks later I have a new asymmetric chainstay with no questions asked and they even threw in a new black sex bolt. Pretty painless. The chainstay is black but my frame is black so it looks pretty good. Lots more tire clearance to boot. No complaints here

    Poor CS from Ellsworth was from years ago. They have really come around in backing up there product.

    Any time we have had an issue with an Ellsworth it has always been dealt with very well. The guys in customer service are all great but special props to Donald and Dan for being my inside reps
