    good customer service experience

here's two stories to counterbalance the negatives... please respond to them by accusing me of being on the ellsworth payroll, because i wish i was... then i could afford an ellsworth of my own.

anyway, a friend of mine brought his ID-california edition into a bike shop to get some work done on it, and mondo happened to be there. without being asked, mondo set up the shock for the guy's weight, gave him new head and downtube badges as well as some free stickers, and answered a bunch of warranty questions (which i'm sure he was excited about). then he gave new badges to another guy in the shop to put on his truth, just because the other guy was a fellow ellsworth owner. that's good customer service, IMO.

second, a guy i ran into (in the same shop) told me about having his 2001 truth warrantied and getting a bunch of new parts free of charge. tony certainly didn't lie to him or try to cheat him, and the guy was happy both with his bike and with the customer service he received.

take these stories for what they're worth to you...
