    Epiphany convert

I picked up a new old-stock '09 Epiphany later this year, and am utterly impressed by the way it rides. I've been a long time devotee of the VPP style frames, though readily appreciate the active rear end of the ICT design on the hill climbs. The Epi is awesome in that it perfectly fits the long-travel XC segment; it sticks like glue on the flats and sucks up all the rough stuff thrown its way. Anyway, here's the first mtbr post of my ride.

...Btw, where's the epi photo album in the Ellsworth forum?

If you like the Epi, you'd love one of these vintage Ids...arguably the best XC bike ever made...

I scrolled down and thought that was my old ID!! I like my Epi but I loved my 2003 ID with a romic and fox talas up front.

Looks like a fine bike! Too bad I wasn't into Ellsworth (or mountain biking for the matter) at the time.
