    Epi Shock setup?

I originally set my Fox R air pressure at 80% of my body weight as recommended by Ellsworth. The other day, I let a little bit more air out of the shock and to my surprise not only did the suspension work more smoothly which I expected, it also pedaled better and overall just plain rode better in every aspect.

My question is; what weight to air pressure ratio are some of you running and what were the results?

    Higher for me

Kbell - I weigh 187 without gear and run my Epiphany's RP23 at 171lbs in mid pro pedal with three clicks out from full fast rebound -- I know it is much higher than rec but I still get 25-30% sag and it seems to be the sweet spot for me. Lots of activity but still firm. Today i fiddled with lower range at 160lbs etc. and got way too much squat. Good luck.
