I just recieved my new Evolve frame. I could go on and on about how nice the frame is but that is not the purpose of this post. The purpose is to address the customer service.
Ellsworth's customer service is the best I have experienced. It is almost unreal. I sent them numerous emails regarding the build and every one has been answered in detail quickly. Mike must leave his computer up in front of his face all day because the answers to my questions come back so quick.
This is my third Ellsworth and it surely won't be my last. If you are one of those people that buy from the manufacturer, use the bike as it was intended and request reasonable solutions to problems, Ellsworth is the company. They are simply the best I have dealt with.
I will post reviews of the bike as I ride it more. So far I think I made the right choice.
