Just thought I'd put out some info on going tubeless with Ellsworth 29" wheel set. I hadn't seen much published on it and finally got sick of goatheads ruining my rides. I had been hesitant to go tubeless mostly because of ignorance, thinking it would be difficult.
I ordered the stand kit from Ellsworth (definately worth it to have the exact size inner strips) and a set of Maxxis LUST Ardent tires. I watched the video on Stan's website and had the tires mounted and sealed in 15 minutes. The rims sealed easy with a small hand pump and after ridding everyday for 2 weeks, I haven't lost any pressure. Never going back to tubes!
