    New question here. "Clunking" sound

I test-rode an 04 Truth last weekend. It had some heavy-ish components on it,
no bar ends (I'm used to bar ends), and a front fork I didn't like.

Never the less, it felt really solid to me. I think I'm going to buy one. (I was
considering a blur, as well, but I hear bad things about their shock bushings, plus
two friends of mine already have blurs )

I liked how stable the Truth felt, even though it was higher-up than my Super-Light.
I didn't notice how much less it bobbed until I rode my Cruz again today. Quite a
    difference.

What I wanted to ask other Truth drivers about was a clunking sound I heard as
I went over small-to-medium bumps. I think it was the front shock, but I
    wasn't sure.

Since I'm considering putting together a Truth from the ground up, are there
any recommendations on major components to use? I was thinking of a Fox
RLC fork and the Fifth Element shock. Anybody have experience with that
    combo?

See your private messages and to add, if you wanna test drive my Id, gimma a hollar. I'll lend if to ya for a day.

If I had a truth, I would go with a Romic Ti...you don't need a platform shock on that bike. Fox forx work well on that frame.

I have a Fox front and rear and I really like this setup. I have the Float 100 RLC and it is one sweet fork. I also considered the F100X. Wasn't sure if I would like the way it worked.
No clunking sound from my Truth.

No clunking from mine either, but my Fox fork made that noise and they fixed it. The Float fork works great w/ the frame. Enjoy!

I went with the Romic Ti and love it. I'm using the fox float also and have no clunking sound.
