Carbon seatpost slippage on 2011 Evolve

I'm using an Easton EC70 carbon seatpost (27.2). I'm a pretty big guy at 220 lbs and it continually slowly slides down when riding. I've had it clamped down about as tight as I can possibly get it, and haven't used any grease as is recommended with carbon posts. Are there shims or something that can solve this? The sliding has marred the carbon post and hopefully its not ruined yet. The fit between the post and bike is pretty loose when not clamped. No problems with my aluminum post.

    This is what you want.

The grit is tiny plastic beads. With no load they roll like bearings but when you tighten the seat clamp they ovalize and lock up.
