Depends what is epic to you? I think it depends on the rider and their goals.
To some it might be 160km rail trail ride, to others it might be 10hrs riding at Hardwood Hills, etc....

There are lots of good ridin' in southern ontario.....

Gaanaska forest seems to be the epic trail. I rode hardwood hills too many times in the past hence it gets boring.

I consider epic trail to be over 20km long. It shouldn't criss cross other trails. Hardwood hills has many short trails that criss cross each other.

20 km is 1 lap (plus a little) at Albion Hills on the Black trail.

What's the difference if it's 20km with or without intersecting other trails? It's a system that makes the best use of what decreasing space we have left in Ontario.

You're getting soft with all your Lakeshore riding. Try Ganaraska. That oughta keep you busy for a while.
