    soaked and saturated humber...

    still pretty wet out there, amazing how long the water hangs around after all the rain (see pic). mosquitoes are still out in force and very aggressive. they always find that patch of skin not sprayed with deet. actually i think this is one of the worst years for mosquitoes around these parts.



    after the bike ride it was time to raid the organic garden for dinner.

    beans and beer!



    and an interesting read with regards to a trail project out west. lots of useful information that can be applied here...

    yeah bugs are especially brutal this year...i think the late spring thaw and abundance of rain hasn't helped...

    yesterday my buddies and i decided to try the bayview/stoufville trail to give the Don a break after the rains...worst move EVER...trail was shyte and the mosquitoes were on some sort of kill mission...kelso tomorrow and i'm hoping it's better out there!

    bugs where brutal tonight also... lots of deet on and thicker clothing.
