    Silent Lake Provincial Park

I dropped in @ the park yesterday & picked up the trails booklet. I've coloured in the bodies of water & made the trails more distinct.

There wasn't anyone manning the gate, so I could ask any questions. It has been posted that someone had to hike a bike thru 2 klicks of mud @ the "end of the lake" I wonder if the boardwalk was in place then or not.

Has anyone ridden her in the last couple of years?

I rode it... must have been two years ago? At the time it wasn't very muddy but there were still muddy sections and the be honest the boardwalk was in disrepair in areas... Other than that the trails were a good enjoyable ride and I'd definitely check them out if I were you (when it dries up some).

Yes a lot of the trails in this area require a few days w/o rain to make them ridable. They don't dry up quickly like Durham Forest.
