    OT: Baffo's = CLOSED.

This is awful. My favorite pizza joint in Bolton shut down.
Having a business in downtown Bolton is financial suicide. He should have stayed in the old shack he was renting.

That is too bad. That was a really big jump in size and scope of business. I guess it didn't work out.
Please enjoy seeing this terrible collection of me - something wonderful is about to happy.

I loved Bafos back in the day - one of my fave zaa shops.

After it moved to main street they changed their ingredients and it became just a generic pizza shop like pizza 241 style and I never went back - probably contributed to the demise.

I only ate there once. It was on the way back from the 2012 Spring Epic 8, which I rode solo singlespeed and finished just off the podium in 4th. I don't exactly recall which pizza I ordered but it had a lot of bacon on it. It was one of the best pizzas I have ever had although frankly that might have had something to do with the day's activities and the massive hunger I had worked up....

"Staff size had grown from 15 to 60 employees".

I ate at the small restaurant once and didn't go back a second time

Quality vs quantity. In this case too little was invested in quality. I hope the restaurant is replaced by something better

    Funny how tastes differ.
It was my favorite pizza in town in the old store, and I didn't taste a difference after the renovation.

    (Maybe I eat too fast.)
