    options for shipping a bike to the U.S.

    Im assuming Can. Post is cheapest but is it ?
    Greyhound no longer ships across the border .
    What are your experiences ?

    Canada post will probably tell you that the box is too big, because they are not in the business of getting parcels from point A to point B. They're just a redistribution center for taxpayer money.

    UPS is decently priced if you drop it off at a depot, as opposed to going to the 'UPS Store'. Expect the receiver to have to pay for brokerage and other fees though.

    Quite simply CP would be the cheapest option. If you go with CP pack the crap out of it and make sure the 'package' is bomb proof.
