    killer fall friday

    took the day off and headed up to the bay. a really good idea since it was friggin nice out. trails where in good shape, had an awesomesauce time...

    since the trails are being used for races (eastern open and o-cup), it is a good idea...

    quebec regs here... ontario is not far off with the stakeholders implementing the same standards based on age and other considerations.

    How is your arm healing?

    We made a good decision to take the day of work on Friday... not sure if the trails will dry up for one more season ender! We were saying our good byes to all the staff and riders yesterday.

    since then i busted that helmet in a crash on this trail.





    now i use a fullface and always kneepads...

    I have a parallel lamentation about my trailer. I remember when the season opened and taking the trailer in and getting the site all set up back in May and here the season is over already and the trailer comes out next weekend. Not quite sure where the time went...
