I am off the bike commute for awhile. But now we have a good snow base so it is time to haul out the snow tools and rebuild some winter bike trails. I do some snowshoe running intervals back and forth and get a crosstraining workout and single track as well.
Trailhead 1st Pass 7th Pass
Let the trail sit through a freeze/thaw cycle then bring snowshoes to repack after each snowfall.
This is a harder ride than your couch, but it is more fun than just looking at your bike.
