    fff=fat fun finally [o]

    Yup, grabbed the Pugs today...for the first time this season! Muskoka has had 18+ ft of snow this winter so far, with no thaw/freeze cycles! Consequently the skiing and shoeing have been fantastic here, the fat biking...not so much. But with some rain and a refreeze this week, that's starting to change. So this morning when my dog Blue saw me bypass the skinny skis, don the snowboard helmet, and wheel out the fat bike, well... he just went all ape ****!!!

    Should choose a really nice day..bluebird skies, not too cold or windy etc. I still have a couple of vacation days from last year that need to be used soon, so I have weekday option too.

    Ok gotta ask what is the orange tube?????
    When you've seen someone rupture their scrotum on a bike you won't take the standards for top tube clearance lightly!

    So many great options now too, the scene has exploded over the past 2 winters from being a niche market only 4 yrs ago!

    smart dog!

    we went out today for almost 3 hours of hard work (yep, even for fatties, it was not easy in Agreement Forest) and crazy fun on our fatties.

    sorry to hear it took you until February to take her out for a ride (i mean the Pug). but better ever than never...

    great pics as always...

    Yup...always fun on a fattie when conditions are right. Don't feel too bad for me though Oggie, with all the fresh powder this winter, I am perfectly happy on my skis or snowshoes...

    This snow should be all gone by July...LOL

    No kidding! We drove up 11 to go ice fishing on Nippissing last weekend and I couldn't get over the amount of snow! I don't think I've ever seen it like that.
    Please enjoy seeing this terrible collection of me - something wonderful is about to happy.

    Tdotrider, looking forward to riding with you again since our last outing was cut short with my mechanical BCD hope you make it out, looks like it's going to be a good turnout.

    Devil'e Gap ride...

    We had 8cm of fresh powder as of noon Saturday and the xc-skiing at Gravenhurst Nordic was perfect...

    Have a great ride folks, but I'm going to pass and instead take full advantage of these ski conditions again on Sunday!

    BCD, Tdotrider has postponed the ride. The majority of us going were travelling a bit of a distance & don't want to risk the roads.
