Cully with a huge clipped in nac-nac.

I would have added this to the old thread but it seems circlip closed it.

Before or after he had a signature model of flat pedals named after him?

I thought it would have been an assumption by the denizens of this forum that all flats vs. clipless threads are destined to be closed eventually.

    Obviously photoshopped.

On another note, as We were preparing to start our ride at Palgrave last evening, a guy in a black A3 rolls in with his bike on he roof rack in the parking lot. He looks left and the right and then he steps on the gas doing a full 180 and speeds out of the lot. There were 7 of us in the lot at that time. I took a look at his bike - red Specialized squishy, looked like carbon 29er with lower seat and bright white big platforms.

Don't know if the boy recognized any of the guys from the group, maybe from MTBR and peeled off, or he just realized that he left popcorn in his microwave.

Truly weird. Almost as much as seeing platforms on his bike that looked like a racing bike, at Palgrave which does not have any TTF but has plenty of short punchy climbs.

    Electrik, was that you?

Just when that scam had almost run its course after the Ballard travesties, the Gilmour era breathed another 25 years of life into the con for the present owners.

And strangely, even though life closes all of us eventually, we try to have fun while it lasts

Last week I finally cleaned the Millwood hill in flats on my carbon hard tail SS. That being said, just because itís possible, doesnít mean itís optimal. Then again, I canít be bothered to take flats off and put clips on even when I ride at Albion. It wasnít me, but it just as easily could have been.

So... Now you know there are at least two of us weirdos with lightweight bikes and platforms.

Unless, of course, you were about to start a soliloquy along the lines of "To funny or not to funny..."

It's on! Van vs. T-Dot in the cup finals this year. I guarantee it. I further predict the eastern side will have home ice advantage throughout the playoffs after taking the President's Cup during the regular season, so that we'll all have to hop on a place and come burn some cars on the Lakeshore after the Canucks are outscored 53-2 total goals in a seven game loss.

The above would have sounded like a total farce 12 months ago, which makes it sad that with only a few minor edits it's quite representative of the reality of last season.

    LOL Toronto with the cup.

Stephen Marche on Toronto, the worst sports city in the world - Grantland

Vancouver won't win it either. Not with the Sisters leading the team.

    excuse me sir

where did i say i was a leaf fan?

you westerners really don't understand what is going on in the east, particularly that guy shirt or shurk or whatever his name is. not just that he doesnt understand stakeholders and the fact that our eastern trails are historical and interpretive assets, but he also doesnt understand hockey.

complete shame but we can work with you guys and offer some sensible education as long as you keep an open mind.

i say there is absolutely nothing wrong with mullets.
