I'm pretty certain that there isn't any camping at Kelso. There is a private campground/trailerpark on the other side of the 401 near to Hilton Falls, but I don't think you would want to stay there.
Kelso has some good stuff but there isn't an awful lot of it. Add in Hilton Falls and you've got a lot of riding but even then I'm not sure I'd make it a multi-day destination.

EDIT: Teach me not to check the link first eh? Still, can't say I've ever seen anyone camping there.

The website for the campground in the link says there are MTB trails. Are those the Kelso trails everyone talks about?

Yup, that's the right trail system.
All the mountain biking trails are south of the railway tracks ( and mostly up on top of the ski hill )

If you are in the area anyways, and want to add variety, Waterdown is a 15 minute drive from Kelso. Waterdown trails are interesting, but not marked.

Milton is not an ideal place to camp. I remember some guys I met riding there had stayed at the Fifth Wheel Truck Stop. They were riding Kelso and Hilton Falls and were headed towards Tremblant afterward. This was two years ago. They said it was a really good deal. I am not sure why I even remember this. It might be an option:

Fifth Wheel Truck Stops Milton, Highway 401, Exit 320, Highway 25 Exit, 40 Chisholm Drive, Milton (905)878-8441
    Burnt Norton

There is a KOA on the N side of the 401 off of Guelph Line .
