    XX1 issue

Anyone have severe issues with the rear derail other than the normal reported stuff? I ask as mine seemed to have had an internal explosion today. Normal riding and everything was working as usual, 10 miles in, I shift to an easier gear for a short climb, it shifts up and then drops all the way to the lowest gear and won't change. I could get the shifter to click three gears higher but the rear derail wouldn't move at all and the shifter wouldn't do more than 3 clicks. Everything else looks normal so it has to be something inside.

Fun walk back to the car, luckily some of it was downhill so I didn't have to walk the entire distance.

I am going to cross post in the Niner section just because I ride a Jet and a lot of Niner's run the XX1 so please forgive any redundancy.

Man, I hope it was a simple as that. It was towards the end of our ride and it was 102 degrees outside (Texas) so we didn't jack with it, was just ready to get to the car and turn on the AC. When I got home my wife was ready to go out to eat and have some drinks so I just threw it in the garage and jumped in the shower. I will take a look at it tomorrow. Thanks for giving me a little hope.
