XTR 970 installation tools?

I have some 970 XTR cranks that I want to put some new rings on. Anybody know where I can find the tools for less than $40? I'm ready to bail on this crankset and put on a set of XT's I have because I don't need special tools....

You don't need any special tools for installation but taking the crankset back off you will need one. I have seeen them for 30 but never any less than that.

Thanks. I'm going to throw the XTR cranks up on Fleabay. A real PITA design and not so much better than XT to justify the hassle and expense.
