XTR 960 Q-Factor, What is it?

    For XC outboard bearing cranks:

    FSA is 169mm

Race Face told me over the phone that they have the lowest Q-factor of 166mm.

A shimano Tech would not give me a clear answer - he told me some pointless number that measured only to the inside of the crank arm. What is the XTR 960 q-factor?

Fsa is 169mm, but keep in mind that you have to run pedal washers that are 1mm think on each side too, so make that 171mm total. I have short spindle ti eggbeaters to correct for the FSA q-factor, and it seems to work just fine. Feels like normal (I used to have the Race Face Deus with long spindle eggies).

Its not for sure, but I heard XTR 960 cranks have a 170mm Q-factor. Just what I heard.
