Is this worth fixing? (stripped pedal)

I have a SRAM carbon crank that came off of a Specialized Camber, the drive side arm is stripped at the pedal.

    Thoughts on repairing this?

You could try to install a helicoil insert, but that is heavily dependent on how much material there is for the insert to grab (they are designed for metal cranks).

Your option, other than that, is a new crank. Not much else to say.

I'm sure part of it is my fault but I've had very limited success with the helicoil inserts. I've had better luck with the Park pedal bushing kit which is a solid insert that comes with a special reamer/tap. Like wschruba said though it depends on the amount of material available- most likely new crank time.
