Where can I get cheap 155-165mm mountain bike cranks?

I've been Googling, looking at manufacturers' sites, online stores, and searching the forums but I couldn't find what I'm looking for so now here I am asking for help. I'm thinking of getting shorter crankarms for my daughter's bike. Who sells and/or makes cheap mountain bike crankarms or cranksets (9-speed) between 155 to 165mm? For crankarms, it must be 4-bolts, 104/64 BCD, and preferably splined interface.

I think you will have a hard time finding cheap mountain bike crank arms in that size. 155-165mm is very short for a mountain bike, so there is very little demand in the aftermarket. What that means is few companies, if any, sell them aftermarket. And if you do find some they won't be cheap. Road cranks can easily be found in 165mm, and I know XTR cranks can be found in 165mm. But neither of those are what you are looking for. I also think there are some 165mm downhill cranks, but they are not cheap either.

If you can find them, Sugino DX1 crank arms come in 152mm and 160mm and are usually under $100. They are cold forged, 64/104 4 bolt pattern, and square taper.

Thanks. If I can't find the Suginos, I have a 170mm Deore crankset.

Even if the demand is not high I wish Shimano, Truvativ and other manufaturers would make at least one of their inexpensive cranksets available in shorter sizes.
