What style rear derailluer on 2005 Top Fuel 110?

I'm switching back to Shimano on my 2005 Top Fuel 110 and am looking for a Rapid Rise XTR rear derailleur. Problem is I'm not very knowledgeable on the different cage sizes, does anyone know what type of cage length Rapid Rise derailleur I'd need? I'm going to be using XTR M965 dual control shifters. The crank is a Shimano XT. Any tips would be much appreciated!
Brakes? Who needs brakes?!?! They just slow you down...

If your running a triple, a Long Cage (SGS) and Low Normal is the term used for what used to be called Rapid Rise when your looking.
