    Sram XX cassette, are good?

I had the 2003 XTR with dual control, then in 2007 I move to Sram X0 rear dérailleur and shifters the rest is Shimano XTR.

I'm considering changing for the new 10 speed, and maintaining the Sram/Shimano mixture but I was thinking are the Sram XX cassette good, better than XTR?? They are more light but I think not so strong and won't last long, is it me?

Is not for racing, is for pure trail riding nothing more.

Shimano will be slightly heavier but more durable based on my experience with 8 and 9 speed components and what I've read about the new 10 speed groups. If you don't race I wouldn't even bother with XX/XTR stuff. Buy XO/XT for half the cost and almost the same performance.

I am using a 1x9 with the XX rear cassette and the XO rear shifter for several months now. Extremely light weight, great performance, no wear issues yet.
