    SRAM Trigger Shifters - thumb or index finger?

    I'm curious what people prefer to do

    they are designed for thumb only, i dont understand the question.

    I think most people use their thumb for both. Another way though is to use your index finger and wrap it under the front lever. You can then pull it like you're pulling a trigger of a gun.

    that doesn't really make sense. way to far for me to curve around to pull like a trigger with my finger. thumbs all the way.
