    Squeaky New Drivetrain

Recently I replaced both the cassette(XT) and chain (SRAM 970). I'm getting some pretty persisitent(and annoying) squeaking coming from the drivetrain despite the chain being well lubed. Does everything just need to "wear in" a little to get rid of the noise? I know that it can sound a little rough and clackety at first but the squeaking is a new one for me.
The more complicated it is, the more that can go wrong.
