    Shimano SPD Cleat Modifications, anyone?

I remember many years ago there was an article in a magazine on modifying Shimano SPD cleats to make entry/release a lot easier. Got some NOOB riders in the area and they could use that info to make it easier for them to get used to clipless pedals.
Anyone out there have any of that info, please?
    Thanks!!

But save your SH51's as you'll want them when you get used to the pedals...SH56's make it almost too easy getting out.

Thanks to all!! I was looking to try to avoid buying two sets of cleats by doing a mod to the SH51 cleats. I appreciate the help!
