    Good job! Its good!

    From Shimano's FAQs:

Can I use an IG chain with a HG cassette?

"All current HG cassette cogs are specifically profiled to be HG or IG chain compatible. Any Shimano IG chain will work with any HG cassette. If you use a HG chain with a 7-speed IG cassette the rear derailleur adjustment becomes more critical. Always avoid using a HG chain with IG-only crankset."

    Cassette Gearing

I like to climb really technical steep hills and have never found use for anything larger than a 32 tooth max on cassette, which I only use if I am middle ringing it. If I am in the granny ring I would only ever use 24 tooth or very rarley the 28 tooth on cassette. Lower gears seems to reduce rpm too much for my liking. Also, you will need to add more tension with the spring adjustement screw on the derailleur so the top G-Pulley on the derailleur doesn't make contact with your cassette when in the low gears, as well as add more length to the chain to cempensate for the larger change in gear ratios. Both of these make the rear derailleur shift slower any other time. That being said, I wouldn't not use a 34 tooth if you already had one, but I don't see any benefits with them.
