I am having problems shifting in one direction with my rear derailer.
Shifting from to a lower ratio, ie from a large to smaller sprocket is done without a problem.
However shifting to higher ratio, ie from small to larger sprocket, is problematic. Shifting to the 3 smallest sprockets is without a problem. Trying to shift to the middle three sprockets, often result in no shift, and shifting to the largest three sprockets is very eratic, shifting two gears, no shift or a long delay in shifting. (and it does not matter what chain ring you are on).
It all started after a minor mishap involving clearing a log, getting a branch about 2/3" diameter jammed in the rear derailer and as a result the b-tensioner getting damaged.
The b-tensioner was replaced, everything else looks straight and tidy (had two LBS mechanics look at it), even replaced the cable but still no joy.
