    Separate XTR M970 Cogs?

My cassette is worn on three cogs only , namely a 14t (partnr Y-10N1444D) and the 16-18 combo (Y-1ZM98030).
I installed a new chain and it skips on these 3 cogs, on the other ones it runs fine.
I don't like to toss the entire cassette in the bin in these 'environmentally conscious' or 'thou should buy durable goods'-times.
Searched the net but couldn't find any...only got 11 or 12t cogs, but I only use these to oil the chain
Anyone find the needle in the haystack?

I only ever found the 11 and 12 as spares when the cassette was current.
