    Ringle 10mm,play in hub.

Hey guys. Tommorow I will call Ringle and try to get some help on
this. I have Phil Wood and Hadley Hubs. First time for me with a
Ringle. So,fresh wheel build on a Used Ringle. I got everything ready
to ride, and then right before I take it off the stand,I check for play. Dangit,
    theres play.

    Parts in the hub.
    1 C Clip
1 Non Drive side cone. Cone Is not fixed to hub.
1 black Rubber O Ring. O Ring is slipped Over the Shell of the Axel,
just inside the race of the bearing,Non Driveside.
1 shell for the Axel to slide through.
1 sleave on that shell that the FreeHub rest's on.
1 lock nut 17mm Drive Side.

When I checked the Lock Nut after taking it off,it was tight. Ummm.
So I take it all apart, clean, inspect and regrease. Hugi FreeHub Grease
on the FreeHub,Rock&Roll Web Grease on everything else. Put all back
together and Still the Play is there. So much play that I would ruin the
Hub if ridden. So I take it apart again. This time I was thinking mabye
that black O Ring was wrong. So I put it on the Inside of the bearing, which
did not seem right,as that shell is tapperd to rest on the race of the bearing.
Still the Play,so I tore it apart again looking for anything. I dont know what is
wrong? The FreeHub actually pulls apart{a little} from the Hub. That is where
most of the play is. IE,when I put the Axel in her and moved up and down, you
can see the FreeHub pull away. It shifted and spun right as rain. I dont know
what it is Boys? Hope I made sense. Thanks

any day the Full Rebuild kit should here. It has tobe the Inside Bearings.
Customer Service was very nice and gave me no problems. Basically it's
going brand new,and there better be no slop. However,I have done a lot of
reading/talking it seems that the pawls are the weak link. Mabye I'll sell her.
