Hello. The title says it all, or at least most of it. I'm putting together a Niner Air 9 Carbon single-speed rigid setup and have most of it picked out and ordered. One of the very last things I'm not sure about is the crankset, mostly because of standards which confuse me:
Bottom bracket and crankset compatibility
Q-ring and crankset compatibility
I definitely want to run a Q-Ring 34T SS-specific chainring, but don't know what works, particularly with the Niner Air 9 Carbon. I read that the Biocentric II is compatible with every standard, but would like confirmation from those of you who know more.
Of note: I'm heavy. Around 210 currently.
Also: Does anyone know if one can run a bolt-on bash-guard with a Q-ring?
Thanks for the help!
