Pedals (SuperStar Components) - Opinions? - [o]

I was thinkin of getting some flats for my Flite.
I like the 'looks' of the Superstar pedals, but wanted some input as to their performance.
Does anyone have some personal and/or anecdotal experience with these?



Also, please note the poll - Personally, I'm leaning towards the Black w/ Red Pins.

Superstar will not ship to the USA. The notice does not show up until you try to check out, and even then is is easy to miss.

Europe - £2.50
Rest of the world - £5

Why do they exclude the US from the rest of the world?

Because of insurance.

Go through the checkout and see.

I pointed out the issue to them ~2 years ago. They have not changed the shipping info.

They do not have liability insurance for doing business in the US.

You have to ask them.

Many insurance companies charge very high premiums for the (lawsuit happy) US. Remember the post about the French tour company refusing a US client?

I like the Nukeproof Proton in black... not many colour options though.
