    New Bottom Bracket Needed...Suggestions Welcomed

I'm in need of a new BB. Running a Race Face Atlas crankset w/ BB at the moment, but it's not sounding like it's got many rides left on it. It could be bearings, but not sure yet. I'm looking for suggestions on a BB if I decide to go ahead and replace the old one.

I've gone through two RF Turbine BB's in six months. Purchased a Hope X-type, and could not be happier. For sure more expensive than any RF offerings, but the quality is very good. Have less than 100 miles on it, and just hoping it won't develop play, but so far, so good.

I was going through XT BB bearings far to quickly - I switched to using the Enduro Ceramic bearings from Real World Cycling. Been using them for about a year now and had no issues - you buy the bearings and press them into the existing cups; I have no hesitation in recommending them. I am pretty sure they make them for raceface bb's - think the bearings cost about $60 if I remember correctly - check the website

what tools are required for this? I just bought a race face deus crank and was thinking about a preemptive strike to replace the bearings since it wounds like i should expect the stock bearings to crap out quickly. i figure why not start with better bearings to avoid the hassle later.
