Need help identifying a crankset based on description

Ok, I met a guy at a race who was on an orbea alma 29er that weighed in at 19.5 pounds. I asked him how he got it so light, and he pointed to his cranks. They were made by some small comapny that I have never heard of before (not white bros),they were not carbon..I think they were aluminum but im not 100% sure. He said that they were mountain bike cranks but they were only available in a double rong configuration. He said they are lighter than xtr cranks.

I know this is a longshot, and there isnt much to go on, but I want a set of those cranks and I cant remember what kind they were for the life of me. For some reason I keep thinking the company's name starts with an "o" but I could be wrong. If any of you have any idea what im talking about, you would be my hero lol.
