Is this a MegaQuad or regular Platinum pro Ti BB?

shop and FSA say it is a MegaQuad because part number (200-1075) on box is correct.

I say no way - this must be an standard 2004 platinum pro ti BB. It doesn't look like the megaquad on the FSA website and the non dirve side bearing is about 7mm wide (sorry for the wierd units on the ruler - I had it rotated wrong). FSA says the megaquad should have a 14mm wide bearing. (note - don't be confused - it looks like the width according to the ruler is about 14, but that is 14/50ths of an inch which equals .28 inches, or 7.1mm).

Anyway I'm having a hell of a time getting a megaquad BB.

By the way, weight of pictured BB is 195g, aluminum crank bolts and steel washers add 21g.

That's the regular Platinum Pro with the two bearings on the driveside and one bearing on the non-drive side. Just pulled the same bb out of a frame this morning.
