What are the good ones, which ones should i avoid ?
Do a search next time, until then, I'd recommend the ABC.
Though, it can be a little sticky.
If you don't like ABC try SKF.
Germans are into poop as you well know.

That's quite impressive, particularly the 'B'. Did you manage it all in one sitting?
Crank Brothers Cobalt..good one. Has a 5 year warranty, and they have great customer service.
I second the SKF. It's heavier than the Cobalt, but VERY well built (I have no experience with the Cobalt).
I've gone through several BBs recently on my SS. The last one came out in pieces (RF Sig Ti), but the SKF has been going strong for over a year.
- one piece CroMo spindle (or SS on the 600)
- one piece stainless shell
- drive side roller bearings
