    Integrated BB bearing replacement

I have read previously that the XTR ad RF bearings are interchangabe. Are thay both propriatary or is it something I can get at a bearing store off the shelf.
Also, anyone know when the FSA cranks are coming out. I saw a set on SCOTT bikes web site.

The Race Face Bearings will work with the Shimano Cranks and I would recommend it over the Shimano ones. If you do use the XTR BB cups make sure that the seal is present on the non-drive side crank arm. That seal has been a cause of most of the failures on that non-drive side cup.

The only thing you'll need to check is what spacer combination you need to use for a 68mm shell or a 73mm shell. You can even use a Dura-Ace Cup if you want, but I wouldn't, the threads are shorter to lighten them over the XTR cups.

And I'm not sure about the FSA one, TruVativ has one for road bikes out.
