Identify cannondale so I can get a new derailleur hanger

I have owned this bike for 4-5 years and use it for commuting. I absolutely love this bike. It was covered in stickers by the previous owner so I've never known what model/year it is. I now need a new derailleur hanger since mine is bent. Anyone know what model this is and where I could get a derailleur hanger?

I have a 2001 Silk Trail at home that looks VERY much like that bike. Can you get a closer pic of the derailleur hanger and I'll see if they're the same when I get home.

maybe email the SN to cannondale and get them to tell ya what you need?

Its was made in 1998 so it was from 1998 or 1999. I'll give cannondale an email and see what happens
