I am switching out the bashguard on a SLX double crank

The BBG bash is much lighter (practicality) and a bit more trick looking (vanity ). However, I am guessing that the BBG is a bit narrower as compared to the original SLX guard. Where can I source some spacers to cover the extra bolt length, or would it be better to go with some new shorter bolts?
Thanks in advance for the help.

normal chainring bolts for 3 rings setups work properly with the BBG. The SLX bolts are special extended versions IIRC because of how thick the bash is.
