Hydraulic Cable Routing...

I just hooked up some Hayes HFX-9's on my 2003 Specialized Hardrock Pro. I got them all settled and worn in. The old brake cable mounts are made only for mechanicals and the hydraulic cables dont quite squeeze in there. I've been running the rear cables by putting them in a ziptie and looping the zip tie around the frame. This is getting kind of annoying as the zip tie always migrates down the frame because it kinda tapers off and is sloped down and as we know gravity works. So, is there any low cost easy option to this or do I have to order a cable guide or something?

-Thanks
